Absolute Appraisals was established in 1991 and is a full service residential Real Estate Appraisal Company based in the Northern Orange County city of La Habra, California. Centrally located in the "Greater Metropolitan Los Angeles Region." We cover Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.

We'll complete a form 1004 and 1004MC appraisal report on any conforming residential tract home or attached condominium under 1,600 sq. ft. of living area. Must be in within 20 miles of our office, or drive fees will apply. Must be paid by cash or check on the date of the inspection. Please call for additional information.
